Everything on our racks is current-season, brand new for the 2026 winter. Most rental fleets in Queenstown are two or three seasons deep, hundreds of guests in, with edges halfway to round. Ours is fresh out of the box, sharp and fast. Skis from Volkl, Black Crows, Rossignol, Atomic, Faction and Salomon. Boots from Lange, Atomic and Salomon. Helmets from Smith and POC. We rotate the fleet hard each season so the gear stays new.
Yes. Every rental is fitted to your weight, height, age and ability by a trained tech. We use the standard ISO 11088 settings. Bindings are tested before the season and re-checked weekly. If you have any history of knee injury, just tell us and we will adjust the release values accordingly.
Skis matched to your ability tier, poles sized to your height, boots fitted to your foot, and a free helmet. That is it, that is the package. No hidden surcharges, no helmet upsell at the till.
Under-10s ski free with any adult rental, one kid per adult. They get a full kids' package, skis, poles, boots and a helmet, exactly the same way. If you have two adults renting, two kids go free. Older kids and teens are charged at the standard child rate.
Free delivery anywhere inside Queenstown township, Frankton, Kelvin Heights and Fernhill. Arthurs Point and Arrowtown for $15 each way. Cardrona, Coronet Peak base and the Remarkables base are pickup points by arrangement, ring us the night before.
Cancel any time up to 36 hours before your pickup time and you get a full refund. Inside 36 hours we will move the booking for free if we can, or refund half. If the resort closes for weather we automatically credit you the lost day, no need to ask.
